SITEOPS^® Layout, the base 2D conceptual design product in the SITEOPS software suite, gives civil engineers, architects and land developers the power to conduct rapid site selection assessments, determining whether buildings, drives or parking are feasible for a site. Users can quickly design and revise numerous conceptual layouts with this web-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

SITEOPS Layout features powerful auto-drawing tools, auto generated parking with parking counts and the ability to import or draw building footprints. With convenient access to projects from any Internet-connected computer, SITEOPS Layout enables accelerated site evaluations, major site layout revisions and incredibly fast "what-if" scenarios, giving users more time to focus on creative solutions rather than tedious drafting.

SITEOPS Layout thrives upon the power of "what-if." Beginning with a GIS map, in less than 20 minutes a user can present three different conceptual layouts, with parking, in DWG format to a client. The evolutionary, behind the scenes computing allows for easy layout changes such as moving a building or a driveway - the software automatically redraws parking, islands and more.

As is the standard throughout the SITEOPS software suite, SITEOPS Layout is CAD-agnostic, meaning outputs can be easily imported into other CAD programs via DWG, Land XML and PDF formats.
