The BLUERIDGE Analytics logo is derived from the classical Pythagorean Theorem. This mathematical theory describes the simple relation between the three sides of a right angle triangle and is one of the fundamental principles of trigonometry. It enables the calculation of lengths and angles and has applications in almost every aspect of modern life.

The SITEOPS logo mark is derived from the theodolite, a traditional measuring instrument invented in the 16th century by Leonard Digges of Kent. In its traditional form, the theodolite consisted of a circle for measuring horizontal angles. In its modern form, the theodolite has numerous applications including triangulation techniques used to determine distances for surveying. The triangulation technique is applied by SITEOPS in the grading solver.
