Position involves:

Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in private engineering firm
- Experience with the following land development processes: grading, storm drainage, detention
- EIT and/or PE Certification in at least one state
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Land Desktop or Civil 3D® required. Proficiency with Bentley Microstation and other CAD products a plus.
- This position provides frontline engineering services and support to customers, while working closely with our sales and product development teams to provide feedback on our processes and products.
Essential responsibilities include the following:
- Using our online site optimization software to validate and process client sites.
- Answering questions, troubleshooting, and assisting clients and internal team members using our land development software.
- Performing “deep dive” demonstrations of software for potential prospects.
- Working with product development team to refine and improve products.
- Attending tradeshows several times yearly, and traveling up to 50% as needed to collaborate with clients within the United States.
Client Support Engineer

Position involves:
- Answering, troubleshooting, and training highly technical civil engineers using our land development software.
- Assisting and mentoring sales associates who need assistance using software features.
- Performing “deep dive” demonstrations of software for potential prospects.
- Developing, enhancing, and updating training materials, FAQs, and other client related guides associated with the product.

As the Sales Executive, you will aggressively pursue prospects for new business, develop strategic sales plans for key accounts, as well as negotiate and execute sales. You will also keep the team informed on sales related topics and activities, including sales forecasts, sales performance, business development, market/sales growth strategies, competitor activities, strategic positioning, customer needs and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience, including consultative CXO-level sales
- 3-5 years outside sales/B2B for enterprise and Fortune 50 companies
- Land development experience - site design, grading, storm drainage, commercial real estate, and/or civil engineering degree is required
- Proven sales success in a start-up or early-stage company
- Experience with sales database and lead generation software; Salesforce knowledge a plus

Position involves:
- Conducting technical training program for land development software system. Course is a three-day program which occurs on-site and off-site based on client need.
- Answering questions and troubleshooting site designs created in the system as part of the training course.
- Arranging executive-level dinner engagements based on attendees in the course.
- Maintaining training guide, syllabus, handouts, test, and exercises based on new product releases.
- Assisting and mentoring sales associates who need assistance using software features.
- Collaborating with other internal and external technology teams to coordinate delivery of training, tracking of participants, and ensuring invoices are created based on attendee lists.
- Working under minimal supervision.
